Winter Eaton

Winter Eaton was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She graduated magna cum laude from Roanoke College in 2020, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and French, with a concentration in Crime, Deviance, and Social Control. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was the recipient of the C. William Hill, Jr. Criminal Justice Award, the Patricia M. Gathercole Literature Award, and the Outstanding Student in Crime, Deviance, and Social Control Award. 

Winter then went on to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2023. Throughout law school, Winter spent considerable time studying criminal law and family law. Outside of school, Winter interned for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Buffalo and served as a Law Clerk at Harrington and Mahoney prior to becoming an Associate following her admission to the New York State Bar. 

Winter’s practice is in criminal defense.
