Mark Mahoney was tapped by the New York State Bar Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association to lecture on the challenge of litigating issues of experts and scientific evidence in criminal cases. With undergraduate training in both History of Science and Philosophy of Science, Mark offered his typical unusual insights into often overlooked issues, in presentations in Manhattan, on October 21, and in Dallas on October 8. He will be lecturing to the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan at ther 2010 Fall Conference in Traverse City Michigan, November 11.
