At the Annual Meeting of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, held in Toronto, Aug. 11-14, Mark Mahoney gave a presentation on the corporate office as "scapegoat" in "white collar" criminal prosecutions. Mark's presentation was on a panel entitled "Fighting the Presumption of Guilt in Financial Crimes" moderated by the famed Gerald B. Lefcourt, of New York City, and joined by New York criminal defense lawyer Susan Brune.
