From Canada
Take the QEW to Ft. Erie (Peace Bridge). After inspection bear to the
right to I-190 South toward Downtown Buffalo. Take the first exit (Exit
8) for Niagara Street. Turn right at Niagara St. At "Niagara
Square," a large traffic circle, go half way around the circle to the
continuation of Niagara Street. Halfway down the block, on the right
you will see 70 Niagara Street, the largest building on the right side.
If there is no parking space available in front of the building, turn
left at the next intersection and there is a parking ramp immediately to
your right, and then another down a few blocks also on the right.
From West and South
Take New York Thruway I-90 to I-190 to downtown Buffalo. Use the Church
Street exit, then left on Delaware Avenue to the large traffic circle,
Niagara Square. Turn on to the first street intersecting the circle,
which is Niagara Street. On the right you will see 70 Niagara Street,
the largest building on the right side.
If there is no parking space available in front of the building, turn
left at the next intersection and there is a parking ramp immediately to
your right, and then another down a few blocks also on the right.
From East and North
Take Route 33 to Downtown Buffalo, take the Goodell Street exit. You are
heading directly West at this point. Continue in the same direction for
about 4 lights, cross Main Street and keep to the right, now on Edward
Street. After crossing Franklin Street make a left, turning South onto
Delaware Avenue. Continue down Delaware Avenue, to Niagara Square, a
large traffic circle, go more than half way around to circle and turn on
to Niagara Street. On the right you will see 70 Niagara Street, the
largest building on the right side.

left at the next intersection and there is a parking ramp immediately to
your right, and then another down a few blocks also on the right.
