Kelly is a graduate of Michigan State University (1990) and the State University of New York, School of Law (1995). While a law student, she was co-editor-in-chief of CIRCLES, a law journal dedicated to women’s issues. She received a faculty award upon graduation for her dedication to the journal.
Kelly joined Harrington & Mahoney as an associate in 2000. Prior to Harrington & Mahoney, she was an associate at Mattar & D’Agostino in Buffalo, New York. Since being admitted to practice in 1996, Kelly has dedicated and focused her practice in the areas family law, matrimonial law and criminal defense. She has extensive courtroom, trial and negotiation experience.
Kelly is admitted to practice in New York State and U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law committee of the Erie County Bar Association.
