United States Circuit Court Judge Peter W. Hall, Chair of the Second Circuit CJA and Pro Bono Committee, has reappointed Mark Mahoney to the Circuit's CJA Advisory Panel. This group assists the Court by review the work of attorneys who are on the Circuit's Criminal Justie Act panel, or who are seeking appointment to the panel, and making recommendations to the Court. Mr. Mahoney has served deveral terms on this Advisory Panel, originally appointed by Judge Sotomayor.
